We will only use skilled professionals who have the qualifications, knowledge, experience and tools to carry out the work they are booked to do. As a family run business, we take pride in our work and our reputation has been built upon our own commitment to carrying out every job professionally and to the highest standard.
Our aim is to have complete customer satisfaction on every single job, however, we understand that there may be rare instances where the quality of work does not meet the standards expected by you, or us. When the workmanship on a job fails to meet the standards that are expected, we will arrange for it to be rectified immediately.
If a defect for which we accept responsibility appears within 12 months of the work being completed, we will arrange for it to be put right at no cost and as a matter of priority.

Guarantee -
Our workmanship and most materials supplied are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Invoicing -
We will always provide a full VAT invoice for all works carried out.
Insurance -
We have public liability insurance to the amount of £5,000,000.00 to cover our work.
Tradespeople -
All the tradespeople we send to complete a job will be qualified, skilled and experienced in their respective trade.
Certification -
Where required we will provide a NICEIC certificate for electrical works carried out, or a Gas Safe certificate for any gas related works carried out.
Customer Details -
We will never share any customer information with a third party
Data Protection -
All records are kept in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Aftercare -
Once works are complete we are still here to help, and will continue to assist you in any way that we can.
